How to submit an event

All officially recognized NAU organizations are encouraged to use the calendar. Student organizations wishing to make a submission to the NAU Events Calendar must be registered with the Office of Student Life.

NAU reserves the right to change its calendar policy as needed and to decline submission of any event. The web calendar should not be used to request permission to hold an event.

To submit an event, follow these steps:
1. Find and click on the most appropriate calendar for your event by reviewing the calendar index.
2. Click on the yellow "Add Event" button at the right of the screen. .
3. Make sure that "Select a Calendar" displays the calendar you wish to post to.
4. Fill in the appropriate fields and click "Submit Event."
The calendar manager will be notified of a pending event and will either approve or disapprove a submission. If you have questions regarding your submission, you can contact the calendar manager directly.
